The purpose of this study was to prepare an inventory of the land uses within the current commercial zone in Hambden Township, Geauga County, Ohio. The inventory consists of a series of maps and related data produced by the County Planning Commission staff utilizing the Geographic Information System (GIS). The documentation that follows may be used as a guide for decision-making by Township officials when considering, for example, zoning amendments and site plans. The information is meant to supplement the Hambden Township Land Use Plan prepared by the County Planning Commission in conjunction with the Township Zoning Commission and the Board of Township Trustees.
