The Help Center
The Court has a Help Center to assist persons, who are not represented by an attorney, to handle matters concerning custody, parenting/companionship time, child support, and paternity. Subject to the Court being open to the public and the schedule of The Help Center Director, The Help Center is generally open every Thursday and every other Monday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. A telephonic meeting with The Help Center requires an appointment and certain documents must be completed and delivered to The Help Center before the scheduled phone call. The Help Center can provide information and assistance with the forms that you select.
The Help Center will not provide any legal advice or legal counsel. To obtain legal advice for your matter you must retain an attorney to represent you, or if indigent, then in certain matters you may request a court-appointed attorney.
